2016....  This year I will set goals and crush them.

1. Lose 30 pounds to get to goal weight
2. Drink Shakeology every day
3. Workout every day
4. Spend more time with my family
5. Help 40 people to become a heather & happier version of themselves.
6. EAT RIGHT.

2015 was a big year for me.  I had my first child, Fallon.  She was (and is) an amazing small little thing.  The day I had my daughter was honestly the best day of my life.  She amazes me each and every day.  With just one smile or giggle from her my heart softens and makes me stop and think about what really matters to me.

Family.

I want to be here for my family.  I want to live a long time so I can enjoy seeing her grow to be an amazing person I know she will become.  I want to have energy to keep up with her.  I want to enjoy my time with her instead of spending all day and most nights at work.  I want to spend more time with my husband and cherish the family we have created.  I want to have more "us" time.  These are things that I thought I had no control over.  This year I am making my life and my family my priority.
Starting with my health.

I started with Beachbody in February 2016 after much back and forth with price/timing.  I was down on my body after having Fallon and didn't have any energy to do anything.  My friend Marissa had asked me back in 2013 if I had ever thought about doing shakeology - to which i replied, yes but its too expensive right now... Then again in 2014 she asked... once again I said no thank you... THEN in 2015-2016 she asked how I was doing.... I decided to pull the plug and jump in with her.  She was always posting how her life was changing for the better and I wanted that, desperately.

She ran a February Facebook Challenge group - which I LOVED!  Everyone in the group was so understanding, supportive and helpful.  I did one round of 21 Day Fix along with the Refresh and lost 7 pounds!   I decided I wanted to continue on and I became a coach for the 25% discount on the Shakeology.

March 2016...that was a different story.  I failed. hard.  I didn't gain but I didn't lose.  I only stuck to shakeology.  Didn't workout.  Didn't eat right.

April.  Slowly got back on track.  Lost another 4-5 pounds... so ill call that a win.

Now on to May.  Bring it.  My plan is to lose 6 pounds this month.  I can and I will succeed.
